1. Overview

This website, Pusun.com, is operated by Auralyn Global Limited (曜霖環球有限公司), trading under the PUSUN brand.

Throughout these Terms of Service, “PUSUN,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Auralyn Global Limited. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or other user of Pusun.com.

Pusun.com is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products.

By visiting Pusun.com, creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of the website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them.

These Terms apply only to Pusun.com. They do not govern purchases made through pusuntennis.com, Amazon, another marketplace, a distributor, or another third-party sales channel.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to enter into a binding contract in your place of residence, to place an order.

If you use the website on behalf of a company, club, school, training center, distributor, or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Customer Accounts

Some website features may require a customer account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information.

• Protecting your account password and access credentials.

• Restricting unauthorized access to your account.

• Informing us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these Terms.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, videos, prices, compatibility information, and availability.

Product appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing updates, or regional product configurations.

Before placing an order, you should review the product page and confirm that the selected product, model, color, voltage, plug type, accessories, and intended use meet your requirements.

We may correct errors, update product information, or modify specifications where reasonably necessary. Material changes will not apply retroactively to an accepted order without your agreement.

5. Prices, Currency and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market or shown during checkout.

Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

Taxes, delivery charges, customs duties, and other applicable fees will be shown during checkout or explained in our Shipping Policy where reasonably possible.

Delivered Duty Paid, or DDP, applies only when it is expressly stated for the relevant destination or order. DDP availability is not guaranteed for every country or region.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or other authorized payment providers. We do not directly store your complete payment card details.

You agree to provide valid payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order before shipment when reasonably necessary, including when:

• A product is unavailable.

• Product or pricing information contains a clear error.

• Payment cannot be authorized.

• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

• The shipping destination cannot be served.

• The order would violate applicable law or shipping restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Large-volume, distributor, institutional, and other B2B orders may be subject to a separate quotation or written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate written agreement controls for that order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery availability and estimated delivery times depend on the destination, inventory location, product type, carrier, customs processing, weather, and other operational conditions.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

Our current shipping arrangements, eligible regions, delivery estimates, exclusions, and DDP availability are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, responsibility for loss or damage remains with us until the product is delivered to you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier.

Our warehouse and logistics providers act as fulfillment partners. They are not the seller of your order unless checkout documentation expressly states otherwise.

8. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, request deadlines, product-condition requirements, return shipping costs, refund timing, and return procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

You must contact us before returning a product. Do not send a product to an address shown on a shipping label or website without receiving return instructions from our support team.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right of withdrawal, cancellation, refund, repair, replacement, or price reduction available under applicable consumer law.

Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area may have statutory rights, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for qualifying distance purchases, subject to applicable exceptions and legal requirements.

9. Product Warranty and Repairs

Unless a product page or separate written agreement states otherwise, PUSUN currently provides the following commercial warranty coverage:

• Main unit: 3 years

• Accessories: 3 years

• Battery: 1 year

Coverage, exclusions, claim procedures, required evidence, replacement parts, repair methods, and regional service arrangements are explained in our Warranty Policy.

Where practical, a repair may be completed by replacing a component, accessory, or module instead of returning the complete machine.

Our commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, any mandatory legal guarantee or consumer right available in your jurisdiction.

10. Acceptable Use

You may use Pusun.com only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Use the website for fraud or unlawful activity.

• Submit false account, payment, delivery, or support information.

• Attempt to interfere with the website, checkout, security systems, or other users.

• Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or harmful content.

• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission.

• Circumvent purchase limits, security measures, or access restrictions.

• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

• Use our products in a way that violates applicable laws, venue rules, or safety requirements.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, our business, or the website.

11. Product Use and Safety

PUSUN training machines and related equipment must be installed, charged, transported, operated, maintained, and stored according to the supplied instructions.

You are responsible for:

• Reading the applicable manual before use.

• Keeping people clear of the launch area.

• Using suitable balls and compatible accessories.

• Supervising children and inexperienced users.

• Following court, club, facility, electrical, and battery-safety rules.

• Stopping use if the product appears damaged or operates abnormally.

Training recommendations and examples on the website are general information. They do not replace professional coaching, medical advice, venue rules, or the product manual.

12. Intellectual Property

The PUSUN name, logo, website design, product images, videos, text, graphics, software interfaces, manuals, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Auralyn Global Limited.

You may view and use the website for personal or internal business purchasing purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Reviews, Feedback and Submissions

If you send us a review, image, video, suggestion, idea, testimonial, or other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to provide it.

• The content is accurate and lawful.

• The content does not infringe another person’s rights.

• The content does not contain confidential, abusive, misleading, or malicious material.

Where you expressly submit content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, translate, adapt, and display that content for operating and promoting PUSUN.

We will not publish private support correspondence as a testimonial without appropriate permission.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, logistics providers, WhatsApp, app stores, social platforms, and other websites.

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services that we do not control.

A link does not mean that we endorse every statement, product, or service on the linked website.

15. Marketing Communications

If you choose to subscribe to email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other marketing communications, we may send messages in accordance with your consent and applicable law.

Marketing consent is not required to purchase a product.

You may unsubscribe using the method included in the message or by contacting support@pusun.com. Service messages about orders, delivery, safety, warranty, or support may still be sent when necessary.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by service providers and transferred between countries as described in that policy.

17. Website Availability

We aim to keep Pusun.com accurate, secure, and available. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, delay, or technical error.

We may temporarily suspend or modify website features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

This section applies to website availability only. It does not reduce any product warranty or statutory consumer right.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auralyn Global Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products where those losses were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for:

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

• Intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.

• Breach of mandatory consumer rights.

• Any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

For consumers, our liability remains subject to the mandatory protections of the country or region where the consumer resides.

19. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, carrier disruption, customs delays, labor disputes, power failures, cyber incidents, or supply-chain interruption.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events and complete or refund affected orders where required by law.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the website, or create a security or legal risk.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment, refund, warranty, intellectual property, and liability provisions.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

22. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and any order-specific terms, form the agreement between you and Auralyn Global Limited regarding use of Pusun.com and purchases made through it.

If an order-specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the order-specific agreement controls for that order.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, if you are a consumer, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory protection provided by the laws of your country or region of residence.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Hong Kong SAR unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring or defend a claim in another jurisdiction.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, product, or website changes.

The updated version will be posted on Pusun.com with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will not apply retroactively where prohibited by law.
