What is PP-Smart Pro designed for?

PP-Smart Pro is a pickleball training machine. Set up repeatable feeds and custom drills to work on the shots you want to practise.

How fast can PP-Smart Pro feed the ball?

Ball speed is adjustable up to 100 km/h (approximately 62 mph), so you can choose a pace that suits your drill.

How long can I train on one charge?

The stated battery runtime is 4–6 hours. Actual runtime varies with speed, spin, feed interval and battery condition.

How do I control the machine?

You can control PP-Smart Pro using the PUSUN app, the included smart remote or Apple Watch.

How do I choose a replacement battery?

Choose the battery option labelled for PP-Smart / PP-Smart Pro. Before ordering, contact support@pusun.com if you need help matching your machine or charger. Battery availability is shown on the battery product page.

Where does my machine ship from?

For the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., U.S. warehouse orders have 1–3 business days of processing and an estimated 1–5 calendar days in transit after dispatch. If shipped from China to these U.S. destinations, processing remains 1–3 business days and estimated transit is 7–17 calendar days. PP-Smart Pro does not ship from the EU warehouse. China-to-EU orders have 1–3 business days of processing; other listed destinations have 1–5 business days. China transit is estimated at 7–17 calendar days after dispatch. What warranty is included?

The machine and included accessories have a 3-year warranty; the battery has a 1-year warranty. See the warranty policy for coverage and exclusions.

Can I request a return?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the return policy. Contact us before sending anything back. We inspect returned goods within 5 business days of receipt and initiate approved refunds within a further 5 business days. For non-quality returns, the customer pays return shipping.
