What is PP-Smart designed for?
PP-Smart is built for pickleball practice, with simple control from the PUSUN app, the included remote or Apple Watch.
What is the maximum ball speed?
PP-Smart reaches speeds of up to 62 mph (100 km/h).
How many balls does it hold?
The hopper holds more than 80 pickleballs.
How can I control PP-Smart?
Use the PUSUN app, the included smart remote or Apple Watch. All three control options are supported.
What comes in the box?
Every PP-Smart includes the machine, an external lithium battery, charger, smart remote and quick start guide.
How long does delivery take in the United States?
U.S. orders to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C.: processing takes 1–3 business days; estimated transit is 1–5 calendar days after dispatch from U.S. stock, or 7–17 calendar days from China when local stock is unavailable. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses are not served. EU orders ship from China: processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 7–17 calendar days in transit. What is the return policy?
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to our published Return Policy.
What warranty is included?
The PP-Smart main unit is covered for three years. The lithium battery is covered for one year.
