Can I string tennis, badminton and squash rackets?

Yes. PS-Discovery supports all three, so you can handle them at one stringing station. Use tennis mode for tennis rackets and badminton mode for badminton and squash. Adjust the supports and tension to suit each racket.

What tension range can I set?

Set tension from 11–75 lb in 0.1 lb increments to fine-tune your preferred setting. The 0.1 lb figure describes the adjustment step.

Do I need to lock the turntable before every pull?

The turntable locks automatically during every pull, taking one manual action off your hands. You can manually lock or release it when the machine is not pulling.

Does PS-Discovery string the racket automatically?

You mount the racket, route and clamp the string, and finish the knots. PS-Discovery handles electronic tensioning and automatically locks the turntable during each pull.

What can I adjust on the touchscreen?

Set tension, pre-stretch, knot tension and pulling speed in one place. You can also select racket mode and units, and adjust the machine’s working height.

What pre-stretch options are available?

Choose 5%, 10%, 15% or 20% pre-stretch to suit the string and the stringing job. Follow the racket and string manufacturer’s recommendations.

Can I use an app to adjust or save settings?

Use the built-in touchscreen to adjust your settings. App-based viewing, adjustment and custom-parameter saving are not available in the current version.

Can I adjust the working height?

Yes. Electrically adjust the floor-to-racket height from 110 to 125 cm to suit your standing position and stringing routine.

How is tension accuracy demonstrated?

In PUSUN’s recorded test at a 26 lb setting, an external electronic scale stayed within 0.1 lb of the target. This is the result of that test under its recorded conditions.

Which power plug will I receive?

PUSUN supplies a power plug matched to your delivery region.

How do I care for the machine?

Disconnect power before cleaning. Keep the clamps, rail and work area clear of string debris, and follow the manual’s care instructions. If a tension-sensor warning appears, contact PUSUN support.

What’s in the box?

Your order includes the PS-Discovery stringing machine and a power cable with a plug matched to your delivery region. Check your order configuration for the included racket-support components, tools and installation accessories.

What are the return and warranty terms?

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Written authorization is required before returning the machine; non-defective return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
