What makes PT-Smart Pro different from PT-Smart?
PT-Smart Pro uses internal oscillation: the throwing wheels move side to side inside the machine while the body stays still. Fewer visible directional cues create more reactive training.
Can PT-Smart Pro be used for both tennis and padel?
Yes. It supports both tennis and padel practice, with Basic Prog, Free Comb, Custom Prog and AI Custom for building repeatable drills.
How much can I adjust in each drill?
Set up to 28 placement points, speeds up to 75 mph (120 km/h), six levels of topspin and backspin, ball height and a 1.8–8 second feed interval.
Does the app work without an internet connection?
Yes. After setup, normal on-court machine control in the PUSUN app does not require an active internet connection.
What can I control with the app, smart remote and Apple Watch?
Use the PUSUN app to select, create and edit complete drills. The smart remote and Apple Watch provide quick access to core controls such as start or pause, speed, spin, feed interval and ball height. Available controls vary by device.
How long can I train, and how many balls does it hold?
PT-Smart Pro holds up to 100 balls and provides approximately 4–6 hours of runtime. A full charge takes about 6–8 hours. Actual runtime varies with speed, spin, feed interval and operating conditions.
Can I purchase a replacement battery?
Yes. Official replacement batteries are available from PUSUN. Contact support to confirm the correct battery for your machine.
What does the warranty cover?
The main unit and included accessories are covered for three years. The battery is covered for one year.
How long does delivery take?
Eligible orders to the contiguous United States and stocked EU destinations typically arrive within 1–5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories are excluded from this estimate. Other eligible regions typically take 7–17 days. See the Shipping Policy for current availability and exclusions.
What is the return policy?
