The upgrade is inside.

PP-Smart Pro changes direction inside a forward-facing body. Fewer visible cues make the next shot harder to anticipate.

Questions? Answers.

What to know before your first session with PP-Smart Pro.

What kind of training is PP-Smart Pro designed for?

PP-Smart Pro is built for solo pickleball practice. Use repeatable feeds to work on technique, then vary placement, pace and spin for movement and reaction drills.

What can I adjust in a training session?

Adjust placement, ball speed, feed interval, launch angle, and topspin or backspin to suit your session.

Which programming options are available?

PP-Smart Pro offers four programming options in the PUSUN app: Basic Prog, Free Comb, Custom Prog and AI Custom. Choose the option that fits how you want to build your practice.

Does internal oscillation mean every feed is random?

No. Internal oscillation describes how the machine changes direction. Whether feeds follow a repeatable sequence or vary depends on the drill you select.

What makes PP-Smart Pro different from PP-Smart?

PP-Smart turns its body to change direction. On PP-Smart Pro, the launcher turns inside while the body stays facing forward. Fewer visible cues make the next direction harder to anticipate, giving you more to react to.

How do I control PP-Smart Pro?

Control the session through the PUSUN app or the included smart remote. Both let you make changes without walking back to the machine between drills.

Can I create and save my own drills?

Yes. Create and save custom training sequences in the PUSUN app, then return to the same drill for repeat sessions.

What powers PP-Smart Pro?

PP-Smart Pro uses an external lithium battery. The battery and matching charger are included.

What comes in the box?

The box includes one PP-Smart Pro machine, one external lithium battery, one smart remote, one battery charger and one quick start guide.

What warranty and repair support are included?

For personal use, the main machine and covered non-battery parts have a three-year warranty. The lithium battery has a one-year warranty. For repair assistance or commercial-use coverage, contact PUSUN support.

How long does delivery take?

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses are not served. EU orders ship from China: processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 7–17 calendar days in transit. Orders to Canada, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, South Africa and Mexico ship from China: processing takes 1–5 business days, followed by 7–17 calendar days in transit.
