Is PT-MAX C right for my training?
PT-MAX C is designed for independent tennis and padel training, from repeatable fundamentals to programmable multi-point drills. It is a strong fit if you want precise placement, adjustable speed and spin, and several ways to control a session.
How accurate and repeatable is the ball placement?
PT-MAX C supports programmable placement across 35 court points. Ball condition, court surface, wind and setup can affect the exact landing position, so use balls of a similar type and condition for the most consistent results.
What is the difference between the four training modes?
The modes change how ball placement and drill sequences are generated. Use a preset mode for quick practice, or programmable placement when you want a repeatable custom sequence.
Does PT-MAX C support both tennis and padel?
Yes. PT-MAX C is designed for both tennis and padel training, with adjustable speed, spin, height and placement.
Can I use PT-MAX C without an internet connection?
Yes. The app can be used without an internet connection. The smart remote controls start, stop, direction, fixed, horizontal and vertical modes, speed, interval and spin. Apple Watch supports selected modes, start, pause, speed, spin, feed interval and height.
How easy is it to move and set up?
PT-MAX C weighs 44 lb and measures 17.6 x 15.5 x 21.1 in when stored. Its wheels and handle make it easier to move between storage and the court.
How long does the battery last, and can it be replaced?
The removable 204Wh battery provides about 5-8 hours of use and takes about 6-8 hours to fully charge. Official replacement batteries will remain available for purchase.
What balls can I use?
PT-MAX C supports pressurized tennis balls, pressureless tennis balls and standard padel balls.
What happens if my machine needs service?
The machine and included accessories have a 3-year warranty, while the battery has a 1-year warranty. Most repairs can be completed by replacing an individual part or module, so the whole machine usually does not need to be returned. Our support team responds within 24 hours.
