What to know before your first session with PP-Smart.

What kind of training is PP-Smart designed for?

PP-Smart is designed for structured solo pickleball practice. Use repeatable feeds for touch, timing and clean contact, or vary placement and pace to work on movement and reaction.

What can I adjust in a training session?

Choose from 28 landing points and adjust speed up to 62 mph (100 km/h), a 1.8–8 second feed interval, a 5°–45° launch angle, and topspin or backspin.

Which training programs are included?

PP-Smart includes 10 preset programs, with options for fixed feeds, dinks, cross-court shots, volleys, random feeds and smashes.

How does PP-Smart cover different areas of the court?

PP-Smart uses external oscillation for side-to-side practice. Select the placement and drill you want, then fine-tune speed, spin, angle and feed interval for the session.

What is the difference between PP-Smart and PP-Smart Pro?

PP-Smart uses external oscillation. PP-Smart Pro uses internal horizontal oscillation, so its body stays facing forward while the feed direction changes. PP-Smart Pro also supports creating and saving custom training sequences.

How do I control PP-Smart?

Control the session through the PUSUN app or the included smart remote. Both let you make changes without walking back to the machine between drills.

How large and heavy is the machine?

PP-Smart measures 69 × 32 × 43.5 cm and weighs 14.8 kg (33 lb). Use these measurements to check your vehicle and storage space before ordering.

How many balls does it hold, and what powers it?

The hopper holds more than 100 pickleballs. PP-Smart uses an external 156Wh lithium battery, and the matching charger is included.

What comes in the box?

The box includes one PP-Smart machine, one external lithium battery, one smart remote, one battery charger and one quick start guide.

What warranty and repair support are included?

The main machine and covered non-battery parts have a three-year warranty. The lithium battery has a one-year warranty. Many modular parts can be replaced without returning the complete machine.

How long does delivery take?
