How does external oscillation help me practise?

PT-Smart turns its body from side to side to vary ball direction. This lets you practise moving between shots and covering different areas of the court. The body movement provides a visible cue to the next ball direction.

How accurate and repeatable is the ball placement?

PT-Smart supports programmable placement across 28 court points. Ball condition, court surface, wind and machine setup can affect the exact landing position, so use balls of a similar type and condition for the most consistent results.

Does PT-Smart support both tennis and padel?

Yes. PT-Smart is designed for both tennis and padel practice, with adjustable speed, spin, feed interval, height and placement.

Can I create and save my own drills?

Yes. Use the PUSUN App to build custom training sequences, save the drills you use most and run them again in future sessions.

Can I use the App without an internet connection?

Yes. The PUSUN App can be used without an internet connection, so you can control training on courts where Wi-Fi or mobile data is unavailable.

What is the difference between the App, remote and Apple Watch controls?

The PUSUN App, smart remote and Apple Watch give you three ways to control a session. Available controls vary by device, letting you choose the most convenient option while setting up or training on court.

How long does the battery last, and can it be replaced?

The battery provides approximately 4–6 hours of training, depending on the selected speed, spin and feed interval. Official replacement batteries are available from PUSUN.

What warranty and support are included?
